A cataclysm of luminous gaiety

gilds the lea with joy -

I smile -

my heart is stilled and warmed

Like the languid sun that hides

behind fair weather clouds

I am weakened in awe

But my spirit has risen

with the spring wind

and taken flight

And the bees are glad

Spellbound 

by the enchantment

of this moment

I drift into a reverie

meandering through

a labyrinth

of emotions

that breathe life

into my soul

Charmed 

by the pure elation

the ecstasy and

the magic of

the aura of spring

I am reminded

of a moment 

when

I gazed into

your eyes and

my soul

The gentle cascade

of cherry blossom petals

spills to the ground

- tears of joy -

welcoming you! 

And I recall:-

Your gentle whispers

the warmth of your breath

 upon my cheek...

Your sweet melody

the notes of your song

tangled in my hair...

Your delicate embrace

the essence of your perfume

wafting all around me..

And I too welcome you!
