The Communion (Of Souls)

"For it was not into my ear you whispered but into my heart, It was not my lips you kissed, but my soul"                                                              Judy Garland
Your whispers
flutter inside
my heart
I drink deeply
from your lips
drenching
my soul
with
your kisses
Quenching
my thirst
Nurturing
my desire

Your loving
leaves me weak
with hunger
I devour
your ardour
savouring
each pleasure

With each
ecstasy
our souls
ascend
A communion
of essences
merging
becoming one
basking
in the afterglow
of our love

Poetry Without Words

Without words
Without rhyme
A composition
of love poems

Your kisses
warm lapping waves
whispering
fluttering
quivering
upon my skin

Your touch
gentle as the moon
upon the ocean
rippling
ebbing
flowing

Your sighs
wind swept waves
rising
falling
heaving

An undulation
of passion
spiralling
swelling
surging

Soaring
to a crescendo
The climax
of your love poem
Versifying
your love
for me

The Mutant

Nature buries
her dead
with compassion
With contempt
Cadavers become
Mutilated wombs
embalmed in leaves
Death breeding life
Genetic mutations
Metamorphosing
into mutants
That prey
on imagination

Monday Blahs...

Tell me why ... I don't like Mondays...
Mondays I feel the way I look

I should remember in future that on weekends  one should never drink on an empty head...

Shock me say something intelligent...Remember its Monday

Are those your legs? Or are you riding a chicken?

Still

the sun still rises
in rays of golden light
the rain still falls
in gentle whispers
touching the night
i still dream of you
